Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes

Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service (home details, photos, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet all of your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHomie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property damage, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • Your use of the Service poses a security risk
  • Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
